The Planning and Zoning Board hears all issues involving zoning and planning and makes an informed recommendation to the City Council for final decision. The Board hears rezoning request, special use request, text amendment request and review of subdivision plats. The Board also acts as the Board of Adjustments and makes all decisions concerning appeals and variance request.
The Board holds its meeting every 4th Monday unless otherwise posted at 6:00 p.m. Trinity Council Annex, 6703 NC Hwy 62 Trinity, NC. If you have a rezoning or request or other business you feel the Board should hear please call City Hall at 431-2841 or email the Planning Director.
